How far in advance should I book my car shipment?​

The sooner, the better. Once you have decided to relocate your car, give us a call at 877 957 4878 and our agents will take care of everything to the last detail, guiding you through every step to make the moving of your vehicle the easiest and less stressful experience.

How do I know how much does it cost to ship my car?​

There are a wide variety of factors to consider before we can give a final price: distance, weather conditions, kind of carrier (Open or Enclosed), location (rural or urban), seasonal fluctuations, size, weight and condition of your vehicle.

What kind of carrier will transport my vehicle?​

We can offer Open and Enclosed trailers, depending on your needs. Should you need a special treatment for your car, we highly recommend enclosed transportation; otherwise, an open trailer is an excellent option for your vehicle and a budget-friendly way to relocate your car.

What is an open/enclosed transport?​

An Open Car Transport is a trailer car carrier with room for 8-10 vehicles at once. It is the most common and effective car delivery service, as it is easier to arrange and the number of vehicles lowers the cost up to 30-35% compared to Enclosed Transport. It is a proven safe option for your vehicle transport, used by dealers to transport new vehicles to their locals and facilities. Enclosed transport is a trailer completely enclosed with hard sided or soft sided walls with room for 3-6 vehicles at once, all of them secured down with soft straps; this option provides extra protection for vehicles with special requirements, such as collector cars, classics or luxury cars, low ground clearance vehicles (lower than 4 inches), cars with custom or delicate paint jobs; it is highly recommended for rough weather or road conditions.

Can I ship an inoperable car?​

It is possible, as long as the vehicle can be rolled and steered. A non-operational or non-running car represents extra time and effort, plus a more specialized equipment when positioning it onto the car transport carrier; this will increase the service with an additional fee of and average of $100 to $150.

How long will it take to transport my vehicle?​

It depends on several factors such as distance, route, road status, seasons and climate conditions, among others. Call now our agents at M&M VEHICLE TRANSPORT and they will inform you everything on this subject.

What should I do if my vehicle arrives with damage? ​

We work with a highly experienced and trustworthy drivers network who have proven their commitment and responsibility through many years of successful deliveries; however, in the unlikely case of any damage during transit, it should be informed to the driver and thoroughly documented with videos and photos, specifying every detail on the Bill of Lading; these evidences are required to file a claim before the insurance company.

How do I pay for shipping my car? ​

Once you have entered an order, either through our online form or with one of our agents, by calling 877 957 4878, a nominal deposit with credit card, debit card, wire transfer, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle or direct deposit must be placed. The remaining balance is COD paid in cash, money order or certified check directly to the driver upon delivery of your vehicle. Any other way of payment has to be previously agreed with the carrier.

What to do if I need to cancel my order?​

The option to cancel a shipping order is available at any time, at no cost and with no cancellation fee, as long as the order has not been yet assigned (dispatched) to a carrier (transporter). Our services are considered rendered when a carrier (transporter) is assigned to an order. Refunds will be processed within 48 business hours of the cancellation request. Cancellation of an order must be submitted in writing via email sent to phillip@mmfreight-logistics.com. M&M Freight and Logistics LLC does not accept or honor cancellations made via phone call.

Is my vehicle insured? ​

All our carriers are insured with minimum $1.000.000 dollars total cargo and clean safety records; said amount is divided into the number of vehicles in the trailer, which gives about $100.000 per vehicle.

Can I put personal items in my vehicle?​

Inside the car or trunk should not be left any personal values, objects or other things that may get lost or damaged; vehicles must be emptied before shipping (chargers, GPS, etc.). We are not responsible for personal items left inside the car.

Do I have to prepare my vehicle for shipment?​

RECOMMENDATIONS BEFORE SHIPMENT

  • Inform the trucker, preferably with a written list, of any special instructions you may have on your car’s conduction or condition and provide him with a set of keys
  • Do not leave personal or valuable items inside the vehicle
  • Remove all loose items as well as all interior and exterior accessories
  • It is advisable to have only a quarter tank of gasoline

How Long Does It Take To Deliver My Vehicle?​

Delivery time depends on several factors such as distance, weather and road conditions, rural or urban location, but there is an estimate of one day of transit time for every 500 miles distance. The following estimate guide will give you an idea of delivery times:

  • 100 – 500 miles…1-2 days
  • 500-1.000 miles….2-3 days
  • 1.000-1.500 miles…3-4 days
  • 1.500-2.000 miles…4-5 days
  • 2.000-2.500 miles…5-6 days
  • 2.500-3.000 miles…6-7 days

Should I choose Open or Enclosed transport?​

An Open Car transport is the most common, cheaper and proven safe option to move your car; however, if you want extra care against drastic weather conditions or more protection along bad roads, we suggest Enclosed transport. EXPEDITED: We provide a special option for customers needing and extra-fast service; as it requires of additional and more expedite procedures, as well as rescheduling and reprogramming, it is considered a premium service and will be charged as such.
